Find out what we have to offer our team and why they love working at Kraun Electric.

Our Core Values - SPARK

Service

We are a service company, first and foremost. We solve problems for our customers, and in order to do that, we have to be great at listening and understanding. Every one of our employees plays a vital role in service to our customers. We work hard and are proud of our reviews and feedback from our customers. Yes, our Google reviews are real! This result requires all of our employees to be caring, honest people that put our customers first.

Potential

Potential means two things for us. Working at Kraun means unlocking your career potential. We are growing and looking for ambitious people who are open to learning and moving forward with their careers. We also recognize that our work drives potential for our customers. We get to be part of a team that is building dreams. Sounds lofty, but it’s true, and helps us to hold our work to a high standard.

Authenticity

We didn’t get here by being dishonest, ruthless, or unethical. And we will stay true to those roots. Sometimes it means we don't get the job because we aren't willing to compromise on what we believe. And that's okay. We are a team of honest, hard-working people with integrity. We are driven, but we don’t cheat. We are dedicated to helping each other and to helping our customers.

Relationships

We have built a great culture here at Kraun Electric, and the whole organization is buzzing with excitement and possibility. We are a growing company, but keeping a family feel is important to us! We want our employees to feel connected wherever they are working, and so our leaders are intentional about connecting with them. We value teaching and learning, and never being afraid to ask a question or make a suggestion.

Knowledge

The depth of our knowledge gives us the confidence to tackle almost any electrical issue. As a team with varied backgrounds and tons of experience, we are rarely stumped. Continuous learning, training, and professional development ensure that we stay at the forefront of the electrical industry and that we can keep bringing added value to the table with our customers.

What Makes Kraun a Great Place to Work?

Competitive Pay

We are proud to be an Ontario Living Wage Employer since 2019. That means even our entry-level positions are paid, at the least, a living wage, as determined by the Ontario Living Wage Network. All of your employees are paid competitively for their position and skill level.

Benefits

We want you to be healthy and happy! We offer a full, competitive benefits package and a deferred profit-sharing program. Supporting you and your family is important. After an initial probation period, you will qualify for both our benefits and deferred profit sharing.

Family Feel

We are a family. We look out for each other, we learn from each other, and we support each other. We know that without our people, Kraun would not be here. As we grow, we are committed to continuing to nurture the family feel of the company in every way we can.

Opportunities for Growth

No one is a better example than Kraun's own President & CEO, Aaron Jones. Aaron worked his way up from general labourer to general manager. If you are ambitious, growth-minded, and set goals for the future, you will do well at Kraun, and we'd love to have you on the team.

We have fun!

Yes, we have to get our work done, but we make sure to make time for fun. On the job site or in the office, we think it's important to laugh and to connect with others. It makes us a better team and helps build our culture and our relationships with each other.
