Site Supervisor - Licensed Electrician (Kitchener-Waterloo)
As a 309-A Electrician and Site Supervisor at Kraun, you will manage complex, multi-phased ICI projects, supervising crews of 5-30 people and overseeing projects exceeding 2000 hours. This role demands strong communication skills for professional site interactions and report writing, as well as being well-organized and goal-oriented and having extensive electrical knowledge in ICI sectors. You'll work on diverse projects like retirement facilities, nursing homes, multi-floor condominiums, factories, and schools. Kraun values professionalism, results, and team camaraderie, fostering a safe and inclusive work environment where employees can thrive.

Customer Service Representative (Niagara)
The CSR position at Kraun will support our Home Electric and ICI Electric service customers, ensuring the highest level of service from initial contact (phone call, online inquiry) throughout the service period. The ideal candidate will be professional, empathetic, responsive, and skilled at collecting information, building impactful connections, and booking appointments.
Gemstone Installer & Skilled Labourer (Hamilton)

Purchasing Manager (Niagara)
The purchasing manager is responsible for strategic oversight and participation in procuring material and equipment, controlling inventory, negotiating contracts, and managing the fleet and warehouse at Kraun.

Buyer (Niagara)
Buyers at Kraun are responsible for procuring electrical materials for our projects. This position is crucial in ensuring that our projects and service work have high-quality electrical materials that are competitively priced and delivered on schedule.
The buyer will ensure uninterrupted material supply through inventory control, ordering procedures, and maintenance of delivery schedule(s).
Sales & Business Development Manager (St Catharines and Hamilton)
The Sales & Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth and expand our market share through hands-on, field-based activities.
This role demands a strategic thinker who excels in identifying, cultivating and securing new business opportunities while also strengthening existing client relationships—primarily through active outside sales functions. Key responsibilities include crafting and implementing tailored sales strategies, negotiating contracts, leading sales personnel and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet diverse customer needs effectively.
309-A Electrician
Electricians install and repair complex electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems. They work from technical blueprints to complete jobs. This position also assists in training and supervising apprentices. Must hold a valid 309-A Electrician Construction-Maintenance license.
Note: we are not actively hiring electricians at this time. However, we keep resumes on file for three months and review our records if we hire within that time.
Apprentice
An apprentice is an electrician in training who works under the direct supervision of a licensed electrician. The apprentice is responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems and working from technical blueprints.
Note: we are not actively hiring apprentices at this time. However, we keep resumes on file for three months and review our records if we hire within that time.
