This is not the first time I have used Kraun Electric for diagnosing and fixing an electrical issue in my home. When booking a service appointment, you get a block of several hours and during that time you receive a notification when your electrician is on the way to your house, the time of arrival, their name, and a short bio. For this appointment, it was with Steve. He was professional, and polite. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I also knew from his bio that he loved animals. He and my very friendly and playful Boston Terrier got along well. I highly recommend Kraun Electric and electrician, Steve Millejours.

Nick, and his fellow team came out from Kraun Electric to install our Gemstones lights, and I could not be any happier!! They were punctual and efficient. They did a great job with the installation! Nick took the time to help me set up the app and demonstrated how to use it with the lights. From booking the estimate to the install, the folks at Kraun were a pleasure to work with!!
