The Village of Tansley Woods, Phase III

Schlegel Villages is a Canadian-owned and operated company that manages long-term care homes and retirement communities across Ontario. The Village of Tansley Woods, Phase III is Kraun’s second project with Schlegel, previously having completed The Village of Wentworth Heights in Hamilton. Tansley Woods is a 10-storey, poured-in-place & pre-cast concrete retirement residence with underground parking that achieved Green Globes Certification. Construction of the building was completed while an adjacent, existing 10-storey apartment building remained occupied.
