Seasons Retirement Home — St. Catharines

Seasons St. Catharines is a six-storey retirement residence featuring 143 units and underground parking. The development provides accommodations for seniors in downtown St. Catharines. Construction experienced several delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the project was completed in August 2023.

Kraun Electric completed the electrical installation for the new residence, including a 1600A main switchboard, distribution panels, and a 350kW natural gas standby generator with automatic transfer switches. The scope also included interior and exterior lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, a complete fire alarm system, and CCTV rough-in.
