WMKL Offices

WKML Building was a small office renovation project completed for Niacon. The work focused on updating the existing space for a new office layout, including revised lighting, power, and data rough-ins to support new desks.

Kraun’s electrical scope included investigating the existing space and reworking existing wiring to local ceiling junction boxes, demolishing wiring as required, and removing and disposing of existing lighting fixtures. The team also supplied and installed new standard LED flat panel troffers to match the current layout, provided five 15A, 120V duplex receptacles on the walls using existing circuits for the new desks, installed six 3/4″ EMT conduit drops in the walls for desk data, and completed the ESA permit and inspections.
